SARAH WARREN PhD, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC
Sarah Warren is a licensed mental health counselor with nearly 20 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through seasons of stress, pain, and transition.
Over the course of her career, Sarah has worked in a wide range of settings, including private practice, community mental health centers, residential treatment programs, college counseling centers, and hospitals. Each of these environments has shaped her belief that healing rarely happens in isolation—it happens in safe, steady relationships where people feel seen, understood, and supported.
Sarah earned her Master’s degree in Counseling from Indiana Wesleyan University, with training in Community Mental Health, Marriage and Family Therapy, and Addictions Counseling. She later completed her PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision at the University of Louisville.
At the heart of Sarah’s work is a simple goal: to create a space where people can be honest about what they are carrying, and begin to move toward relief, clarity, and restoration at a sustainable pace.
Sarah believes healing is possible—even when life feels stuck, overwhelming, or uncertain—and considers it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they take those next steps.
